The result showed that the athletics, unlike the employees, are afraid that unsolved problems between the two leaders will influence the team and the performance negatively. The employees are instead asking for good communication from the leaders. Both groups talk about the risk they are feeling with shared leadership, they believe that the risk for dissimilar directions increases. The situation does effect the participant’s attitude to shared leadership. The athletes thinks that sheered leadership is to prefer in situations when fast decisions have to be taken and the employees think that a shared leadership takes longer time and make the decision process harder.
