The result showed that the vice-principals had a similar view about the most suited applicants, their experience, traits, and how they would fit in the organization. The results of the pupils showed that they had little in common when they discussed the applicant's experience and traits. Their choices of the most suited applicants varied to a greater extent than the choices of the vice-principals. (Less)
