Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate how different leadership styles affect the organizational climate at Landvetter Airport. Material used for measuring the organizational climate is the GEFA questionnaire and for the leadership styles the MLQ questionnaire. The number of participants is 48. Our results indicate an overall transactional leadership style among the leaders at the airport and also relatively high scores on laissez-faire leadership. The results of the organizational climate show signs indicating a rather stagnated organization.
