The values for transformational and transactional leadership lie under the optimal values proposed by Bass, whereas the results for Management-by-Exception passive and Laissez-faire leadership are fairly high. The evaluation of the climate points to a friendly and open atmosphere at Sturup where the subordinates are motivated to work and the commitment to the organisation is high. In important dimensions values of innovative organisations could be reached. The assessment of the relation between the two concepts did not lead to significant results. (Less)
