What is the difference between the boys and girls answers? What does the teacher think about bullying? Does the teacher’s opinion agree with the children opinion about bullying? The method we used in our essay was individual interviews with children. Our survey showed that children and expert opinions about bullying were quite coincident. Our result showed that verbal teasing is the kind of bullying that is most usual among the boys and girls. Furthermore children said that how someone looks can be used by the bully and that there are special places at the school where bullying is practised. The children’s experience of the adult’s acting was, that adults didn't take any drastic measures to stop and prevent bullying. Finally the children and the teacher pointed out that more activities to prevent bullying are desirable. (Less)
