Objective is that a prototype shall be able to be delivered in the end of project along
with drawings, materials choice and a costs analysis over the product. Project shall
also be completely documentation in shape of technical report.
Purpose: The purpose with this project is thus that keep packaging equipment, which
can eliminate it manual the work baggage in plastic bag to the capsule closing. The
manual packaging of capsule in trough can keep.
Method: The project has followed a structured step by step- method. This method has
made it easier to have control over for example; concept generation, concept selection
and detail design.
Conclusion: A number of solutions were generated and make it easier to carry
through the first selection these suggestions were divided in to concept groups. After
the preliminary sorting, further development was made to the remaining suggestions
and compatibility and final evaluation was made. The primary suggestion was named
Group 1.
Group 1 consist of following process;
- without bottom and shuttle,
- pull in thought static pipe profile,
- cones on the shuttle,
- welding,
- movable carton,
- seal hook,
- piston-belt transportation .
To finalize the thesis within reasonable time recommendations were given regarding
the problems that occurred during prototype testing. The following test showed that
all processes except storage of carton works excellent. (Less)
