This paper consists in a comparative study of two organisations, ILO and CSR, with the purpose to examine the relation between multinational organisations and the problems that they are facing, trying to make sure that no violations of Human Rights are made.
Previous work has been shown not to be effective enough, but with the new theories, such as Radu Mares, who gives a new light to the discussion, saying that CSR and ILO should come together, trying to make the states take the responsibility that that should to make sure that there are no violations possible, we might have reached a way in which multinational enterprises could use their influence to make sure Human Rights are not violated.
