- Abstract (Swedish)
- In recent decades, working with computers has evolved from a specialized area to a requirement at most workplaces. Information systems also change regularly and employees have to adapt to new computer systems. However all individuals do not like computer work and the concept of computer anxiety describes human attitudes to computers. This study examined how computer anxiety is influenced by an information system change from an experiment with a group that can solve a task with a new system while the control group uses the old one. The results show a tendency for the main hypothesis to be true. In an effort to remove sources of error from the results people who did not have time to finish the task where excluded. When this was done a... (More)

When this was done a significant result where found. This study can be viewed as a feasibility study for a larger study in this area which can show that introduction of new information system can affect people negatively. (Less)
