- Abstract
- The purpose of this essay is to study how female managers describe conflicts on their workplace and handle conflicts on the working place. The questions to be answered are; How does female managers in social work describe conflicts? How do female managers in social work handle conflicts? There are limited research focusing on female managers and conflict management. I have used a theory framework focusing on management, conflict management and different explanations to understand how individuals can handle conflicts.
