In my work I have examined how newcomers can integrate itself in the Swedish labor market. This survey includes several theories and conceptions as integration, job coaching, culture, ethnicity, participation and diversity. Integration in Sweden is an often discussed topic. Many people move to Sweden but they have difficulty finding a job. The integration is described as having failed many times.

My aim has been to explore ways that exist to integration. Areas that I have examined are one's own work, knowledge of the Swedish language, good housing, good health, meaningful leisure and a social network. I have also assessed the importance of job coaching to become integrated into Swedish society.

My findings show that work and knowledge of the Swedish language are factors that are most important to become integrated in Sweden. Career Coach can be an easier way to get a job but their role should become much clearer than the role of a coaching job today. (Less)
