My purpose in this paper is to examine if these forms of planning affect and how they affect the policy process included Lundalänken. The results showed that all forms of planning were in the process but an important part of planning was the interaction between The Technical bureaucratic Model and The Political Influence Model as they legitimized each other against the planners who practice the Social Movement Model. The collaborative planning is present in the policy process, but the planning is not as open as Innes and Booher want it to be. (Less)
