The Shape of Things to Come – Arkitekturens inverkan på energianvändning
(2010)Division of Energy and Building Design
- Abstract (Swedish)
- The aim for the thesis is to study the impact of architecture on energy use. Methods: The work has been executed through a sensitivity analysis with calculation of energy use as the mathematical model – the architecture has been varied and all others parameters have been held constant. The calculations have been performed in the energy simulation software VIP-Energy. Results: The thesis has resulted in a manual with guidelines of the impact of architecture on energy use. Conclusion: Guidelines of the impact of architecture can be developed and generelized into common relations.
