This analysis is then discussed in relation to debates of legitimacy in global governance, accountability in international aid, and most importantly; accountability in the WTO. Concluding remarks upon the potential of international institutions to use international initiatives for improving understandings of legitimate governance is then pursued with the aim of generating a possible area for further debate.
