- Abstract
- The former Swedish building code did not allow designs with wood structure higherthan two floors. In 1994 the code was shifted to a more function based code that approved multi- storey
timber frame houses to be built. With the change of the code research started about timber frame buildingsand today the business have passed the pilot-stageand the commercial phase has just started.
The Digital product catalogue that this report cancerns is developed to influence the people who make the decision, which frame to use. The catalogue has been shipped to one person from each category of the keyplayers in the business and their opinion about the product is positive.
