Statistical method is used to see changes over time. The results show that Post-Materialism does not seem to lead to more concern for the environment or new ways of consumption. Political action and gender equality on the other hand seems to have a connection to Post-Materialism, although they are both in decline in some of the most Post-Materialist countries. (Less)
