How a problem is described limits which solution is seen as suitable or even possible. Therefore my analysis targets the way the problem is represented in the material. My conclusion is that the problem for female prisoners is represented in a way that focuses only on solutions within the individual in a way which eliminates other possible ways to look at the problem. Also the representation reproduces a limited gender role for women. (Less)
