Twelve middle managers who participated in the study have implemented executive coaching in the spring of 2012 and are located in three offices (in Austria, Sweden and Russia). The self-report was used as a data collection method. and analysis of the data material was processed semantically using MCA - Minerva. The study results show that the coaching process is tailored-made to the clients' order with coaching and indicates among other things that a good relationship between coach and client (alliance) could lead to positive effects of coaching. Future research should investigate the above phenomena in relation to different cultural backgrounds to determine any possible relationship that emerged in this study. (Less)
