By examining the report and Sida´s peace-building efforts in post-conflict Liberia, and applying the theories of Autesserre, ICG, HRW and news articles from Liberia and neighboring countries this paper concludes that applying and defining Liberia as a “post-conflict environment” is not a correct picture of Liberia today and can have negative consequences on creating a sustainable peace.
