The interviews were semi-structured and the respondents got to discuss different themes throughout the questions I asked. All of the respondents were asked the same questions and my aim was to capture the differences and similarities in their answers. I mainly used a human resource perspective by using organizational theory to understand and analyze my result. All of the respondents felt an improvement because of the re-organization. There is now a better connection between the employees and therefor a much better collaboration. There is also a feeling of belonging to a team, to feel like one unit. At the same time some of the respondents feel a vulnerability of working closer to each other due to personal chemistry. But overall, the study shows the positive effect for the employees of now working closer to each other. This puts the clients more in focus. (Less)
