We held six semi structured qualitative interviews, three with teachers and three with counselors. We found out that teachers and counselors experienced that a student who gets bullied on the internet feel bad, even the classmates as a group can get affected and dysfunction. Teachers had some knowledge of the Swedish educating act but knew much less about the discrimination policy. Counselors were less informed about the law. We found no other documents on e.g. how to act in cases of cyberbullying or preventing cyberbullying. Teachers and counselors were in accordance when it comes to handle cyberbullying. No differences were observed between teachers and counselors, only between the individuals. (Less)
