- Abstract
- The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the strategies and thoughts of the branch head
in the Swedish Social service, in the area of making satisfied social workers. My questions
are: Which strategies are the branch head describing in making satisfied workers? Which

Social service, in the unit working with child welfare. The transliteration was analyzed with a
starting-point in the previous research that I have studied. The next step was to analyze their
answers from the basis of the Human Resource- perspective and Boman & Deals (2012)
strategy of implementing it into an organization. The importance of this essay is due to reports
and research revealing the fact that many social workers in the Swedish Social service give
notice to leave their jobs, even though they maintained the passion for their clients and their
job itself. I discovered that a Human Resource –perspective is already in a sense existing
according to the stories from the branch heads, even though the strategy of implementing it
only partially works. According to the branch heads the most important thing to maintain
satisfied workers is an allowable climate and a coaching leadership. (Less)
