- Everfresh AB är Sveriges största frukt- och grönsaksdistributör med Coop som viktigaste kund. Företaget saknar idag ett dokumenterat miljöledningssystem, deras miljöaspekter är inte heller identifierade enligt kraven i miljöledningsstandarden ISO 14001. Mitt uppdrag är att identifiera dessa samt att göra en modell som kan användas vid värdering av miljöaspekterna. Arbetet grundas på ISO 14001-standarden och Brorson och Larssons (2006) metoder för att identifiera miljöaspekter. Totalt identifierar och värderar jag 34 miljöaspekter. Arbetet grundas på ISO 14001-standarden och Brorson och Larssons (2006) metoder för att identifiera miljöaspekter. Totalt identifierar och värderar jag 34 miljöaspekter. Sammanfattningsvis är det nio miljöaspekter som värderas till 3:a hög prioritet. Sexton miljöaspekter har värderats till 2:a, medelhög prioritet. Dessa miljöaspekter bör företaget ha under uppsikt och jobba aktivt för att de inte ska värderas upp till en 3:a vid internrevision. Slutligen är det nio miljöaspekter som värderas till 1, alltså låg prioritet. Dessa miljöaspekter har ingen akut miljöpåverkan och behöver inte åtgärdas omedelbart. Miljöaspekterna benämns som betydande för de miljöaspekter som värderas med en 3:a eller 2:a, de har någon form av miljöpåverkan eller lagar, andra krav och miljöpolicys att ta hänsyn till. De miljöaspekter som värderas till en 1:a är inte betydande. Dokumentation från förtaget, ISO 14001-standarden samt litteratur som behandlar miljöledningssystem ligger till grund för identifieringen och värderingen av företagetes betydande miljöaspekter och dess miljöaspekter.
Everfresh behöver förbättra sin interna kommunikation gällande miljöarbete som bedrivs på olika avdelningar.
Everfresh var certifierade enligt ISO 14001 för drygt tio år sedan, jag rekommenderar att Everfresh certifierar sig enligt miljöledningssystemet ISO 14001 igen. (Less) - Abstract

Those environmental aspects are aspects that the company should have under supervision and work actively with so that they don´t get upgraded to higher priority in future audits. Finally there are nine environmental aspects valued low priority (1). These environmental aspects are not that important to begin with. There are no acute environmental influences from those aspects. The environmental aspects are considered significant if they are categorised as high priority or a medium- high priority, the reason for this is that those aspects have some form of environmental impact, legal or other requirements and, not to forget, the environmental policy of the company. Those environmental aspects that are valued with 1 low priority are not significant. Documentation, the ISO 14001-standard and literature that treats environmental systems are the base for identification and valuation of the company’s different environmental aspects.
Everfresh needs to improve their intern communication of the environmental work that is done in different departments.
Everfresh was certified according to ISO 14001 for about ten years ago, I recommend that Everfresh certificates the company again according to the environmental management system ISO 14001. (Less)
