Support from family and friends were vital to the creation of a turning point. Also the economy and user organization were sig-nificant factors and triggered the turning point process in some cases. It was also clear that gambling addiction is a severe and in some cases life threatening problem for the individual. Despite evidence about the impact and magnitude of gambling problem in Sweden, the ability to get help from Swedish government or social service centre is still elusive and hard to find. (Less)
