- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze how companies, who cooperate with Daily activities according to LSS, receive and work with people with disabilities to enable participation and establishment in the regular labor. Individuals´ identity and self-image is strongly linked to the position they have in the labor market. The study was based on six semi-structured interviews with five different companies. To analyze the empirical material Goffman´s stigma theory and Bolman and Deal´s theory about the structural framework was used.
