The results of this study indicate that negative externalities will to a disproportional extent fall upon socioenvironments where less privileged populations reside. Benefits from increased transportation opportunities created by the bypass will mainly benefit others than the exposed populations in these areas. The Bypass Stockholm project will mainly improve the socioenvironments and (auto)mobility of privileged populations. (Less)
