The study's theoretical frame constitutes of the new institutional theory where I use concepts from Ove Grape such as integration, domain conflict, domain claim and domain consensus. The results of the study shows that the respondents from the probation service felt like the collaboration had flaws and obstacles. However, they still found the collaboration meaningful and essential for the best of the clients. The social services on the other hand found the collaboration to function well and only one of the respondents found flaws with it. (Less)
