Samtliga psykoterapeuter hade någon gång upplevt speciella förändrande ögonblick i sina terapier.

Several of the therapists describe the moment as a magic feeling and they report about meetings that was not only interpretations but meetings with a special instinctively feelings. Most of the therapists suggest that it not was possible to create the moment intentionally and the moment came often as a surprise. For special moments to develop alliance was a factor which was very important as well as the therapeutic frame, and to be confident in their profession. The findings emphasize that change in therapy often progressed gradually and usually without special changing moments.
