- Abstract
- In this thesis I study two different legal relationships on the subject of family reunification.
The first is how the principle of the best interest of the child relate to family reunification. What are the possibilities for children to be reunified with their families within the Swedish legal system? What other interests may surpass the principle of the best interest of the child?

These are some questions I try to answer in this thesis. (Less)
