- Abstract
- Work Environment problems at construction worksites are a common topic for discussions. This report investigates the risks of human error and the causes of accidents. The study includes a review and analysis of Injury Free Environment, which is a safety concept developed by Skanska and JMJ Associates. Injury Free Environment places human error at the forefront, something that is new to Skanska. The study also includes a review and analysis of Crew Resource Management which is a safety concept developed by NASA 1979 as a response to an overwhelming amount of accidents in aviation.
