- Abstract
- In several sociological theories you are confronted with an individual trapped in oppressive structures without much space for counter-power, in a european context with emerging fascism and nationalism. With this study I introduce a post-humanistic perspective, inspired of Gilles Deleuze's philosophy and Rosi Braidottis social theories, to explore the possibilities for people to do political resistance through extra-parliamentary movements. To carry out such a study, I've interviewed political activists from the feminist network Support Your Local Feminist and the movement Allt Åt Alla in Malmö. With this study I introduce a post-humanistic perspective, inspired of Gilles Deleuze's philosophy and Rosi Braidottis social theories, to explore the possibilities for people to do political resistance through extra-parliamentary movements. To carry out such a study, I've interviewed political activists from the feminist network Support Your Local Feminist and the movement Allt Åt Alla in Malmö. My purpose is to identify how Malmös political activists see themselves and their political struggle from a post-humanistic perspective. Furthermore, I try to create an understanding for the different opportunities and challenges that arise in their political resistance from a post-humanistic perspective. By presenting and interpreting the activists' responses on the basis of such a perspective, I have been able to create an understanding of their relationship with the urban environment, eachother and different emotional flows and how this affects their political struggle. When I choose to analyze this from a broader theoretical framework I have been able to show the virtues and problems with a post-humanist perspective in the analysis of political movements. This has revealed the need to take advantage of the variety of emotions and desires that are expressed in the extra-parliamentary movements. A conclusion that raises questions about how to reconcile the creative, practical and analytical methods in a political process of liberation. (Less)

Detta har bland annat synliggjort behov av att ta vara på den mångfald av känslor och begär som kommer till uttryck inom de utomparlamentariska rörelserna. En slutsats som väcker tankar om hur man förenar kreativa, praktiska och analytiska metoder i en politisk frigörelseprocess. (Less)
