Semi-structured interviews were used to collect the data and the participants consisted of eight Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners. The findings were described in four categories; overcoming challenges, improving life quality, being cooperative and being committed to one’s role as a nurse. The categories were composed of eleven sub-categories and a latent theme was formulated as Promoting health. (Less)
