- Abstract
- In recent years IT-solutions have had a big and fast progress in many areas and with this progress many opportunities have followed. The building industry has struggled to keep up with the progress IT has gone through, there for there are vast possibilities to use different IT-solutions in this industry today. This project focuses mainly on in what way IT-solutions can be used when building interior walls. During this project a research was done on how this work is done today as well as what tools they have access to. From this research a proposal on how IT-solutions could be used was created. The proposal was created to make the work around interior walls easier and more productive, by using a digital way to search for information and by automating the measuring process. Parts of the proposal was then programmed into an Android application to visualize how these solutions might look.
