- Det finns en komplex sammansättning faktorer som anses vara skydds- respektive riskfaktorer för stress på arbetsplatsen. Studiens syfte var att undersöka faktorer i arbetsmiljön som kan tänkas påverka psykosocialt arbetsklimat; stress, självförmåga och delat beslutsfattande. Undersköterskor och vårdbiträden (n=59) på två kommunalt drivna hemtjänstenheter i södra Sverige svarade på en enkät som mätte dessa tre faktorer.
Frågeställningen var i ett första led om hög självförmåga och högt skattat delat beslutsfattande hade ett samband med lägre stress. I ett andra led undersöktes sambandet mellan självförmåga och delat beslutsfattande. Avslutningsvis undersöktes skillnader i sambandet mellan stress och delat beslutsfattande mellan ledning...
