- Syftet med studien var att undersöka ledarpersonlighetsdrag och ledarskapsbeteende som efterfrågats hos chefer i 105 jobbannonser som ingått i studien. Fokus för jobbannonserna har varit tre på förhand valda sektorer och arbetstitlar, ekonomichef, försäljningschef och HR-/personalchef. Eftersom samhället ser annorlunda ut idag än vad det gjorde för bara några år sedan har dagens ledare fått en annan roll. Syftet med denna uppsats är att kartlägga och analysera hur chef-/ledartjänster framställs i jobbannonser baserat på Big five modellen och på olika ledarskapsteorier. Den mest framträdande ledarpersonlighetsdrag var från personlighetsdimensionen, samvetsgrannhet. The most prominent leader's traits characteristic was the personality dimension, conscientiousness. Conscientiousness, includes features such as being purposeful, organized, follow rules and norms, delaying gratification, strong tolerance, and self-discipline. (Less)
