Special attention is giving to the role of experience, knowledge and strategies of other local movements in disproving the narratives of the mining company and meaning making. The experience, knowledge and strategies from other social movements has enabled social movements of Tolima to disprove and challenge the hegemonic narratives of the mining company and become producers of knowledge.
