- Abstract
- The purpose of the study is to investigate how support group leaders work with the manual-based method CAP, Children who grow up in families with emotional diseases. The study is based on a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis. The theoretical perspectives are professional approaches, the IMGD-model, role theory, KASAM and mentalization. Based on the four support group leaders interviewed, the analysis shows that the professional approach varies between proximity and distance, that group leaders need to switch between different roles depending on the different stages of the development of the group, that the team members work with the family roles of the children in different ways and that the exercises... - Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur stödgruppsledare arbetar med den manualbaserade metoden CAP, Barn som växer upp i familjer med känslomässiga sjukdomar. Studien utgår från en kvalitativ metod med semistrukturerade intervjuer och tematisk analys. De teoretiska perspektiven är professionellt förhållningssätt, IMGD – modellen, rollteori, KASAM och mentalisering. Utifrån de fyra stycken stödgruppsledare som har intervjuats framkommer det i analysen att det professionella förhållningsättet varierar mellan närhet och distans, att gruppledarna behöver växla mellan olika roller beroende på gruppens olika utvecklingsfaser, att stödgruppsledarna arbetar med barnens familjeroller på olika sätt samt att övningarna som görs i gruppen ska stärka...
