- This study aims to explore how middle-managers, within public homecare services, perceive that they are affected by organizational structures, such as economic model, room for maneuver and budget responsibility, and organizational cultures, such as goals and personal values, in their effort to work with a client-centered perspective. A key finding in this study has been that the middle-managers with the least budget responsibility also visited their clients more frequently. Another key finding in this study has been how the middle-managers work to reach their clients. While some middle-managers tend to talk to their clients directly, others use their staff as their main tool to reach out to the client. (Less)
