- Arbetet är en fallstudie som ser på hur arkitektur kan uppmuntra till integration, med fokus på hur frågan kan behandlas i småstäder. Projektet består av tre delar; undersökning, program och designprojekt. Undersökningen utgör grunden till hela arbetet och genom resultatet av den framarbetades ett program. Programdelen är således en sammanfattning av undersökningen som presenterar de slutsatser som kunnat dras, både rent administrativa/funktionsrelaterade delar och rumsliga bitar. Designprojektet använder sedan det utarbetade programmet som grund för att utforma en sådan byggnad i en svensk småstad, Boden, som också har fungerat som huvudsaklig ort för undersökning i denna fallstudie.

- The project is a case study which looks at how architecture can encourage integration, focusing on how that can happen in small cities. The project consists of three parts; the investigation, the program and the design project. The investigation acts as the foundation for the project and through the results and the findings a program was composed. The program is therefore a summary of the investigation which presents the conclusions that has been made, both regarding administration/functions of the building and spatial aspects. The design project then uses the program as the basis for the development of a building working with integration, placed in Boden, which has been the main location of study for the case study for the different...
