OPPOSITES - the kitchen set
(2017) In Diploma work IDEL01 20171Industrial Design
- Abstract
- This project started out with the brief to ”create
something based on two opposites, working
together”, and resulted in a three piece kitchen set, based on different opposite pairs. A ligh and heavy mortar and pestle, a smooth and rough cutting board/grater, and a round and square citrus press.
The process consisted of exploring the form
and function of these opposites, as well as a
visual expression of these.
Every aspect of the objects, is designed with the
opposites in mind. To communicate them,
and use them to create new interesting adaptations
of these products
