The foundation for the analysis is the model measuring value creation in e-businesses designed by Amit and Zott (2001), which establishes four... (More)

The foundation for the analysis is the model measuring value creation in e-businesses designed by Amit and Zott (2001), which establishes four dimensions in which such businesses create value. In addition, the authors assess the incentives of the case firms to integrate cloud-computing services into their business models. One important conclusion is that partnerships and specialisation have become important aspects of value creation in this field. (Less)
