- Abstract
- This research attempts a throughout examination of the European Convention of Human Rights’ inadequate implementation to the signatory countries which represent the South-Eastern part of European Union: Bulgaria, Greece and Romania. The most significant outcome of this research is the deep exploration of the conditions and denominators that cultivate gaps in this implementation. For the purpose of this inquiry this research attempts a multidimensional approach of the different elements that constitute the investigated topic, so from a theoretical prism, using academic perspectives considering the interrelations between law and society, as from a more positivist one, using reports and preexistent studies related to the investigated topic....
