- Denna uppsats har som syfte att studera hur svenska väljare tänker kring koalitionsbygge och om detta påverkar åsikten om en partiledare från ett annat parti än det man röstat på. Uppsatsens teori fokuserar därför på en ökad personifiering inom politiken samt koalitionsbygge, då det i dagens samhälle finns en ökad förståelse gällande vikten av att samarbeta mellan partier för att lättare kunna genomföra policys. Metoden som används är en deskriptiv statistisk analys, där data från valundersökningen 2010 diskuteras och tolkas.Uppsatsen använder den data som kopplas till vad de svarande har för åsikt om de olika riksdagspartiernas partiledare, samt Jimmie Åkesson, i kombination med vilket parti de tänker rösta på. Resultatet av studien styrker teorin då Alliansens väljare är positiva till deras partiledare samt att oppositionens väljare är positiva till deras partiledare. Alla partiers väljare förutom Sverigedemokraterna själva, har en väldigt negativ syn på Jimmie Åkesson vilket troligtvis betyder att det inte går att samarbeta med detta parti. Två personer som sticker ut är Fredrik Reinfeldt och Maria Wetterstrand som har ett högt anseende bland de flesta väljarna från båda blocken men detta kan bero på ledaregenskaper, Reinfeldts förmåga att smidigt föra Sverige ur en finanskris samt Wetterstrands åsikter inom miljöpolitiken som lyckas fånga olika grupper med ett gemensamt mål. to their party leaders, and the opposition voters are positive to their party leaders. All parties besides the Swedish Democrats themselves have a very negative view of Jimmie Åkesson, which probably means that it is not possible to cooperate with this party. Two people who stand out are Fredrik Reinfeldt and Maria Wetterstrand who get a high positive score among most voters, but this may be due to leadership skills, Reinfeldt's ability to move Sweden smoothly out of a financial crisis and etterstrand's views in environmental policy that manage to capture different groups with a common goal.
