- Abstract
- The project is about making a utensil collection for restaurant
kitchens, with the purpose to aid chefs during their cooking. Making a tool collection to improve the experience while in use, focusing on the techniques and motions which they use while working.
Looking at what kind of material that works with the environment
the chefs are working in.
Interviewing the chefs, getting their opinions, by letting them test
out different shape models for both comfort and the technique
of the tool. This resulted in an ergonomic utensil collection that
uses environment friendly materials that is sustainable in the chef’s
workspace.
With more time in the project there could been more research to
