The norms under scrutiny are freedom of movement, freedom of speech and institutional relations. As a material for analysis, seven semi-structured interviews with politicians, experts and NGO activists are conducted. The results indicate that EU are differently perceived in two distinct parts of Kosovo. The findings also reveal that a single norm can simultaneously be a representation of two or three parameters defined by Annika Björkdahl (2005). (Less)
