Utvecklande ledarskap medierar relationen mellan etiskt klimat och kreativt klimat

Denna studie undersökte sambandet mellan etiskt klimat och kreativt klimat samt det utvecklande ledarskapets effekt på denna relation. Organisationer ställs idag inför stora utmaningar i en snabb och föränderlig omvärld. Framförallt ställs höga krav på organisationer att vara kreativa. Samtidigt utmanas också organisationers etiska grund och dess ledarskap. För denna studie hypotetiserades att etiskt klimat predicerar kreativt klimat samt att utvecklande ledarskap har en statistiskt medierande effekt på denna relation. Denna studie undersökte sambandet mellan etiskt klimat och kreativt klimat samt det utvecklande ledarskapets effekt på denna relation. Data samlades in kvantitativt via en enkät online (N = 86) som mätte organisationers etiska klimat, kreativa klimat samt grad av utvecklande ledarskap genom instrumenten Ethical Climate Questionnaire (ECQ), Creative Climate Questionnaire (CCQ) och Developmental Leadership Questionnaire (DLQ). Data analyserades genom korrelationsanalys och hierarkisk multipel regressionsanalys. Samtliga tre variabler visade sig vara signifikant korrelerade och etiskt klimat visade sig signifikant predicera kreativt klimat. Dessutom kunde en medierande effekt hos utvecklande ledarskap påvisas. Organisationsklimat och ledarskap bör i framtiden studeras vidare för att nå djupare förståelse kring hur ett kreativt klimat inom en organisation kan främjas. (Less)
