The result of the study shows that these possibilities basically do not exist. I have examined the relationship between the Swedish armed forces and SVK the past three years in order to determine the problems. Once identified, I explain existing problems from a social constructivism perspective through rules, identity, interests and bureaucracy. At the end of the study I summarize the results together with my recommendations how to correct and further on relate to the problems. (Less)
