This type of aversion to changing your mind can be called impressions resist change and states that the initial perception of a situation is difficult to change even though new information states the opposite. Through a biography, media reports and a podcast documentary information about the investigation has been collected. The police report is not public and the essay is therefore depended on secondary information sources. Through the essay it can be shown that the police investigation was affected by impressions resist change that made the process prolonged. (Less)
