- Abstract
- This paper is about our relation to the physical book in our homes, the use and how we choose to store it, and the use of it in libraries with focus both on the visitors and the libraries itself. For a closer loook about the physical books status, the theoretic aspects is used for at look at the physical books as a product for our way to preciate the book, booth by economy and personal relations. The history of the books is also important for the study, from the handwritings of monks to new format as audiobooks and e-books as well as the use of books on internet and social media. The use of the physical book was still there but it needed new ways to find its users. (Less)
