Abstract
The assimilation of the UNCRC into national legislation is a complicated matter. In both Sweden and Norway, there are several methods to use, all of which takes time to implement. Both countries have chosen to work similarly with the UNCRC. This is primarily due to the fact that both countries have similar constitutional systems. When it comes to interrogations with children, both countries have yet again very similar systems. Much focus has been placed upon who can be present during the interrogation in the Swedish interrogation system. In the Norwegian interrogation system, more attention has been paid to the whole interrogation. The UNCRC has not had such a significant impact on interrogation systems, but now is work happening in the... (More)

Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)
