åtgärda risker. Rapporten har också som mål att öka förståelsen kring de olika processerna inom
riskhantering.
Problemställning
1. Vilka tillvägagångssätt och metoder använder företag i sin riskhanteringsprocess?
2. Vilka utmaningar kan uppstå vid arbete med riskhantering?
Metod
I denna studie har fyra kvalitativa intervjuer utförts med olika aktörer inom byggnationsprojekt.
Anledning till detta är för att få en bättre bild om vad som skiljer de olika respondenternas
tillvägagångsätt för riskhantering. Då intervjuerna är slutförda bearbetas resultatet i empiri. Parallellt
med de kvalitativa intervjuerna så har en litteraturstudie genomförts som är baserad på källor och
processer som berör ämnet. De kvalitativa intervjuerna jämförs i analys och diskussion tillsammans
med den teorin som samlats i litteraturstudien och som sedan resulterar i en slutsats.
Resultat
Riskhantering består av identifiering, analysering, bemötande och åtgärder/uppföljning.
Undersökningen har visat att samtliga företag som intervjuats jobbar väldigt aktivt med att sänka
risker i byggprojekt. Riskidentifiering startar så tidigt som möjligt i de flesta fall med brainstorming.
Företagen skiljer sig åt mer hur de arbetar med resten av processen men flera använder sig av
värdering i analyseringen för att kunna separera riskerna och arbeta med de mest allvarliga. Det är
väldigt stort fokus på arbetsmiljörisker från respondenterna som deltagit. Flera av respondenterna
tycker även att de har för lite tid till uppföljning som görs för sällan.

shown that all companies that has been interviewed work very active to reduce risks in construction
projects. Risk identification starts as early as possible in most cases with brainstorming. The
companies differ more in how they work with the rest of the process, but several use valuations in
the analysis to be able to separate the risks and work with the most serious ones. It’s a very big focus
on work environment risk from the respondent that’s participated in the report. Several of the
respondents also think that they have too little time for follow-up, which is done too rarely.
